angelicmadness: hello 2013!

so this is my first ever blog post for this year! yayy! anyway, 2012 had been so great and i wish the next 365 days will also be awesome.

in the gap between this update and previous one, a lot of things had happened. this involves seeing my old high school friends, preparing for the homecoming and us attending it. we kinda have a couple of lazy meet ups since everyone of us kept showing up late but we made it through.

the day of the homecoming came but i wasnt able to join the parade since my butt woke up late so i just caught up in school instead. and voila! after a year, ive been on the memorable grounds again. i saw his fam's car when i entered the gates but i didnt mind cause i thought they were already in the covered court but one of our classmates called me while riding in it so i headed to them. and well, saw a bunch of male species i knew well of back then. including the owner of the car since he was the one driving it i mean i didnt know he could drive but well he did. bruce was the one i talked a lot with since i missed his being annoying that much and we strolled to the court and took pictures and walked around and saw some of our teachers and watched the program and cheered at some of our batchmates and talked again and the program finally ended by 11-ish in the morning.

we decided to go to the mall and ate our lunch there but due to the overpricing practiced by the eating facilities in the newly established mall in our city, we hopped out and went to another restaurant which was just near by. oh yea, we used the car of the guy i mentioned earlier (which is strange cause i still surprisingly have the trouble of mentioning his name here cause im pretty sure in the two times ive seen him i was all okay. no three times actually cause i saw him at the mass before new year's eve and im pretty sure i saw him saw me and that we just never really had the chance to say hi to each other because the mass was already starting when me and my mom arrived or its just that we dont have plans of acknowledging each other there but we're friends okay. let's not push it. so back at the homecoming day... he even kinda playfully pushed me while we were having our picture taking and i playfully said "hey!" cause we're friends right? like nothing happened.) and rolando's. that's a long excerpt there. i know. so yea we had lunch. some of the batch went to the much more expensive restaurant which ronica paid half of the bill. while some of us went to Mandarin Tea House. we finished eating and our team had a little joyride and roamed around the city and went to the sea side and when the rain started falling we rode again and took more pictures. so we finally decided to head home and he drove us in each of our houses at about 3pm-ish.

at sunday, i went to church with fam. mom treated us breakfast and ate kisses spent for our lunch. we strolled around the mall to buy presents for our chris cringle which we rescheduled into new year's eve.

our new year preparation was filled with cupcake baking. well, for me that is. since the fambam did all the cooking of the ham and the cake and the fruit salad and some other. we went to church by 8pm and went home by 10-ish . we took some pictures and me and mom started to make some icing on my lil baby cupcakes and started putting them. i was reheating our dinner at granny's place when it was just 10 minutes away from 12mn but i was able to catch up and had the countdown here at the house before going back to greet mama and papa and the rest of the family. we jumped, we shouted, we kissed each other on the cheeks and danced in front of the camera while having a live chat with my fam in new york which was still stuck in 2012. we then had our exchanging gifts after munching some food. brent, my baby "manito" was asleep during the criscringle so i just gave the gift, which was a lil sleeveless shirt to her mom. while i received a Bench pink and grey pouch from mama.
